The first thing you must know is that there is nothing called a (legitimate) earnings site.
Everything works for a period of time, then stops. Even crypto exchanges do the same, but the difference between sites is that some of them give members their money (or what remains of them) back and the largest number never do this.
Now talking about PTC sites. Why do they become scams so soon?
The answer is easy because either the owner is a professional scammer or the owner is very poor and can not keep paying his members or poor and wants to be a new scammer, or because members are scammers and each one of them has something like 20 accounts.
But revshare ones are different, and this is why all revshare PTC sites become scams very soon.
These kinds of sites pay for clicking and grid clicks and offer walls and rented referrals and direct referral clicks. Isn't all of this enough to pay for?
They, in addition to all this, will pay for the revshares, Omni group, for example, were the last PTC sites I made a deposit on. In all, they kept paying for a long time, but the accumulated profits of revshares made them lose their sites and stop paying and this happens to all sites that give fixed earnings, like HYIP sites.

And in addition to this, they will give free advertising credits for their members. This will decrease their budget too much, and CPM banners' earnings will never be enough to equate their earnings - expenses balance.
My advice for now and on:
Do not invest in PTC at all unless you will never complain about losing your money later. What's paying today may turn into a scam tomorrow.
And consider every payment you receive from any site your last one from it...
